The Villa Jardins sales brochure was designed to help real estate agents present the residential condominium to prospective buyers. The publication brought together key project information in a structured editorial layout, balancing visual presentation with clarity and readability.
As the graphic designer, I developed the brochure layout and prepared the final artwork for mass printing and digital distribution. The project resulted in 120 printed copies and a digital edition, providing agents with a versatile sales tool for in-person presentations and online sharing.
